Plouguerneau - tricky racing at a lovely spot. 25knots plus were forecast, and it was filling in all the time. Checked the course and we'd been set an 'M' Course, and the guys were preparing their formula kit again ... so having already prepped the S-Cross 115 and 7m GTX ready for slalom, I hastily put together the Warp S85 Pro & 8m GTX.
All excellent preparation, blown completely by some daft thought that the winds were going nuclear, so I put the 7m on the Warp and went out to race on that. Initially it seemed the right choice, until we went into sequence, the wind promptly dropped a notch and my planned port flyer went to shit !! I should have gone with the 8m !!
Had couple good races, then discovered that I'd missed the first race anyway and everyone had done 3 except myself and Herve who'd done our two !?!?
